Devire IT Outsourcing is a form of collaboration dedicated to IT professionals, based on the principles of self-employment – B2B – and implementing projects for leading clients pursuing innovative and cutting-edge projects.
We are currently looking for an experienced UX Designer for our client, one of the worlds largest companies specializing in data storage and internet traffic management.
- Hybrid work: 2-3 days a week from an office in Cracow.
- Salary: up to 120 PLN/hour
- B2B contract via Devire,
- Benefits package (medical care, multisport card, etc.).
- 7–10+ years of UX design experience with a strong emphasis on UI/visual design and systems thinking.
- Demonstrated experience building, extending, or maintaining design systems (Figma component libraries required).
- Proficiency in Figma and other collaboration/prototyping tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver on time.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with fluency in English for a global team environment.
- Highly process-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable documenting and scaling design practices.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for enterprise SaaS or security tools.
- Familiarity with Security applications.
- Prior experience supporting global, distributed teams.

,[Design System Enablement: Assess gaps between the Akamai Design System and Application Security needs; propose and create new components, patterns, and variants., Figma Libraries: Set up, maintain, and govern robust Figma libraries tailored for Application Security use cases., UI/Visual Design: Produce polished, high-fidelity designs that align with Akamai brand and accessibility standards., Collaboration: Partner with UX leads, engineers, and PMs to ensure design feasibility and consistency across products., Process & Rigor: Document standards, design rationale, and component usage guidelines to support scaling across the team., Iteration & Delivery: Work quickly, but thoroughly, ensuring high-quality outcomes while meeting project timelines.
