We are looking for an experienced Senior UX Researcher to join our growing Experience Design Team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end research initiatives that uncover user behaviors, needs, and pain points, translating insights into actionable recommendations that shape product strategy and design decisions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX and service designers, to ensure user-centric solutions that align with business objectives.
responsibilities :
Lead and execute qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, card sorting, personas, benchmarking studies, etc.).
Synthesize research findings into compelling insights using storytelling, journey maps, personas, and reports.
Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for product strategy and design.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define research requirements, scope, and timelines.
Incorporate complex technical and business requirements into research planning and analysis.
Present findings to diverse audiences and influence decision-making across the organization.
requirements-expected :
7+ years of experience in mixed-methods UX research.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Statistics).
Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Experience with statistical and data analysis tools and product analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude is a big plus).
Proven track record of leading research initiatives that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across stakeholder groups.
Experience with complex, highly technical B2B products.
Comfortable working in a distributed global team (EMEA, US).
