Overview

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Product Designer to own the end-to-end design of complex, data-heavy experiences in ML/GenAI and real-time analytics products. You will create scalable dashboards, design systems for Angular/React and Superset, and deliver high-quality interfaces with Figma while collaborating closely with engineering. This role offers the opportunity to drive UX quality in high-performance contexts and shape user-centered solutions through research, metrics, and continuous experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery: map user journeys, define jobs-to-be-done, and translate analytics/ML workflows into clear UX.
• Design data-heavy UI: information architecture, navigation, and scalable dashboards (tables, time series, cohort, anomaly, and comparative views).
• Create and maintain a componentized design system for Angular/React and theming for Superset.
• Produce high‑fidelity designs and prototypes (Figma) and partner closely with engineering for pixel‑perfect implementation.
• Establish UX quality for performance contexts (real-time states, streaming updates, loading/empty/error, latency masking).
• Run lightweight research: user interviews, heuristic reviews, usability tests; synthesize insights into roadmaps.
• Define and track UX metrics (task success, time-to-insight, error rate) and drive continuous experimentation (A/B, multivariate).

Requirements

• 5+ years in product design with shipped B2B or data/analytics products.
• Strong portfolio showing complex workflows, data visualization craft, and measurable impact.
• Fluency in Figma, prototyping (FigJam/Prototyping tools), and handoff to Angular/React; familiarity with Superset theming/plugins is a plus.
• Solid grasp of visualization principles (perceptual hierarchy, color for encoding, progressive disclosure) and UX writing for technical users.
• Experience partnering with PMs/engineers on fast iteration cycles; comfort with Git-based workflows and design tokens.
• Knowledge of real-time patterns, states, and performance constraints; basic understanding of ML/AI UX and model explainability is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills

• BI/observability tools experience (e.g., Superset, Grafana).
• Frontend literacy (CSS/HTML, React/Angular components) to debug implementation details.
• Experience designing for high‑TPS systems, alerts, and triage workflows.
