responsibilities :
Refresh and standardize our existing website - no full redesign, but a serious design polish
Design a fresh, standout hero section for the homepage
Refine spacing, typography, visuals, and overall UI consistency
Add new sections or page elements where needed
Bring designs to life with thoughtful animations and micro-interactions
Provide high-level marketing and UX guidance to improve conversions
Conduct a design audit and propose clear improvements by priority
requirements-expected :
5+ years of experience in Web/UI design (ideally 8+)
Experience designing for tech startups, SaaS, or digital agencies
A strong, modern portfolio that shows deep attention to detail and UX sensibility
Experience working directly with business owners or in freelance/consulting roles
A proactive mindset - you take initiative and don’t wait to be told what to do
Basic understanding of marketing and conversion-focused design
