About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Group Treasurer to join our finance team reporting to the Group CFO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash flow management, banking relationships, and financial structuring within an international environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring liquidity, optimizing financing, and supporting strategic financial decisions.

Experience Level: Senior (Minimum 5 years in a similar role within an international company)

Education: University degree in Finance, Economics, or related field

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze daily cash flows and ensure sufficient liquidity.
• Prepare and maintain long-term cash flow forecasts.
• Collect and consolidate 3-month cash flow forecasts from finance managers across business units.

Banking and Financing

• Maintain oversight of existing banking contracts and relationships.
• Monitor and manage bank authorizations and act as second authorizer for payments.
• Advise on new financing opportunities and help optimize the financing structure.
• Support hedging activities, if applicable.
• Advise on customer and vendor payment terms, including proposed changes.
• Collaborate with supply chain, sales and sourcing and finance to monitor and improve inventory levels and working capital KPIs:
• DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)
• DPO (Days Payable Outstanding)
• DIO (Days Inventory Outstanding)
• CCC (Cash Conversion Cycle)
• Ensure adequate coverage through credit insurance.
• Monitor and maintain up-to-date credit limits for clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Treasurer or in a similar role within an international company.
• Proven experience in banking relationships and financial instruments.
• Strong understanding of cash flow dynamics and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
