Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

The (Senior) Operational Transfer Pricing Specialist is supporting the Bruker Tax function with execution of the Bruker Transfer Pricing Policy. The focus is on operational transfer pricing (OTP) where the primary responsibilitiesפים include analysing and review of intercompany transactions, take ownership of TP monitoring, and perform TP adjustment execution, including coordination of recording TP adjustments and reconciliation thereof. The (Senior) Operational Transfer Pricing Specialist ensures compliance of Bruker with international transfer pricing regulations and engages in review of Bruker’s transfer pricing models, preparation of contracts and supporting tax documentation for intercompany transactions, conducts financial analyses, provides transfer pricing advice, tax audits and tax compliance. The role involves collaborating with global finance,fohlen accounting teams, as well as other relevant stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the (operational) Transfer Pricing model(s) (understand the Bruker company structure and intercompany relations, assure arm’s length allocations, calculate transfer pricing adjustments and assure the proper recording and accounting treatment), ensuring accuracy, relevance, and audit readiness
• Assist in the development and improvement of transfer pricing models and implement control-based governance for financial transactions and related transfer pricing data
• Analyze and interpret large datasets to support transfer pricing analysis and decision-making
• Update and operationalize transfer pricing policies to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Assist with tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities, ensuring timely and accurate communication
• Prepare tax and financial analysis reports and presentations,Distance compiling research and quantitative analysis
• Write technical memos detailing the analytical process and findings for internal and external stakeholders
• Document interviews and prepare detailed summaries for team members to support informed decision‑making
• Responsible for accounting treatment of transfer pricing adjustments
• Perform other duties as required.

Smoke>Qualifications

• Education - B.Sc. degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, or Economics; US‑GAAP experience preferred
• Minimum of 2 years (4 years for the senior position) of relevant experience in transfer pricing or comparable activities
• Language skills - English (min. C1) required, German/French/Italian (B1) will be a plus
• IT skills - Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel; Good experience with SAP systems (R/3, S/4HANA); Openness to data analytics/process automation tools (e.g. VBA, Alteryx, Power BI)
• Expertise in (operational) transfer pricing processes, benchmarking analysis, tax laws, and transfer pricing regulations
• Keen attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to critically evaluate situations, determine their importance, urgency, and associated risks, and communicate Conclusion effectively
• Proficient in conveying information clearly and understandably
• Strong organizational skills with an open‑minded and adaptable attitude towards change
• Ability to thrive in a deadline‑driven environment while managing multiple tasks
• Competence in working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Past SSC transition experience is preferred
