,[Update, review, and produce global and local transfer pricing documentation for complex business models, Assist in transfer pricing audits and decision-making by interpreting complex country-specific regulations and general transfer pricing frameworks, Engage in central transfer pricing projects and perform peer reviews to build functional competence within the team, Decision-Making: proper interpretation of transfer pricing-related, country-specific (complex) regulations as well as general transfer pricing framework (OECD Guidelines, UN TP Manual for Developing Countries), Support supervisors in people-related matters, such as coaching junior team members and introducing new joiners, perform peer review, Build functional competence within TP Team, Act as a focal point for internal and external stakeholders, including external advisors, training providers, and internal networks/projects, Lead Continuous Improvement projects to reduce time spent on daily tasks and increase overall effectiveness Requirements: MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project management Additionally: Private healthcare, Sport subscription, Life & group insurance.
