The Senior Training Lead is responsible for the design and development of learning and enablement content and role-based paths meeting defined objectives of learning and enablement initiatives.
responsibilities :
Be responsible for designing and delivering learning content, learning paths, and enablement solutions.
Design and manage end-to-end development of blended learning content types throughout all phases of the process considering audience, delivery approach, channels and available technology.
Support the Team Lead with metrics definition, setup and evaluation with the aim of maximising value of learning initiatives.
Coordinate and participate in the creation of learning resources and drive development projects in collaboration with the rest of the team, stakeholders and SMEs.
Proactively collect and analyse source content, solicit SME input and transform this into meaningful and context relevant learning content.
Apply adult learning theories and methodology to design blended learning solutions and engaging experiences.
Provide expertise for the best use of learning infrastructure in deploying/delivering learning to the audience.
Contribute/participate/advise on the process of creation of learning curriculum and paths.
Responsible for quality assurance carefully considering learning effectiveness, learner experience, as well as adherence to the learning objectives.
Proactively seek continuous feedback and involve relevant stakeholders in content development iterations.
Take ownership for design, development and deployment of learning and enablement content towards defined target audience.
requirements-expected :
Min 4 years experience in delivering and driving L&D initiatives, perhaps from a consulting or in-house L&D Manager background.
Knowledge of learning evaluation methods and models, and practical experience in implementing them.
Experience taking Change Impact Assessments (will get from Change Mgt team) – and converting into Learnings needs Analysis and then build learning journeys.
Experience with blended learning methods – and with different toolings to support (e.g. LMS, SAP Enable Now; Articulate Now) etc.
Be able to work with our internal and external Change mgt colleagues on bringing Learning together with our change activities
Preferable experience with learning/change mgt activities in S4H/ERP program – in a business process transformation program.
Experience working with different cultures and in a global environment.
Experience from large scale projects with multiple deliverables and need for effective time management.
Proficiency using the Articulate 360 suite (Rise and Storyline) or similar tools.
