responsibilities :
Lead the end-to-end testing process across a major ERP transformation project
Define overall test approach, scope, and goals with the System Integrator, including detailed test plans with schedules, resource allocation, and entry/exit criteria
Determine appropriate test environments and test data requirements in alignment with project needs
Select and recommend suitable testing tools and frameworks to support efficient and scalable test execution
Coordinate test activities across multiple workstreams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
Manage creation and execution of functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT test phases
Oversee defect tracking and resolution, including regular triage sessions with relevant stakeholders
Ensure business process flows are properly validated against requirements
Support business users during UAT and drive sign-off readiness through issue resolution and test evidence
Monitor test progress, track key metrics, report risks and blockers, and deliver final test documentation
Advocate for continuous improvement and increased automation in testing practices
requirements-expected :
7+ years of experience in test leadership roles within ERP (preferably SAP) projects
Deep understanding of SAP testing environment (FUT, SIT, UAT, security)
Hands-on experience with SAP test automation tools and test management platforms
Strong stakeholder management and team coordination skills
Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and lead in a dynamic environment
