responsibilities :


  • Create test plans and perform planning activities. Define test objectives, write and execute test cases and test scenarios (automated & manual).
  • Contribute to the organization’s quality strategy and quality plans.
  • Develop and support automation test framework and automation strategies, for functional and non-functional testing.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (e.g. Product Owner, Scrum Master, Development Team, Management).
  • Provide high and low-level estimates of testing efforts.
  • Be a member of an agile team, focusing on team goals/objectives.
  • Track and report test progress, build and improve tests dashboards for various stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor less experienced testers and ensure the team is complying with the organization’s testing processes, standards and best practices.
  • Being a technical expert for the companys employees and during recruitment interviews.

requirements-expected :


  • Education: preferably higher education, in technical or related fields.
  • Experience: 5+ years in related fields, including technical experience in software testing and quality assurance management.
  • 2+ years in a Senior Tester or Lead role.
  • ISTQB and other relevant certifications.
  • Experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) approach or similar.
  • Fluent English skills (written and spoken).
  • Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.) as your daily development process.
  • Inquisitive approach to new solutions and ideas.
  • A strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Motivation to continuously develop your skills and knowledge.
  • Willingness to learn and apply AI in order to improve/automate various processes.
