About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Automation Specialist to join our team in Warsaw. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality of software systems, contributing both hands-on testing expertise and test leadership in smaller projects.

• Higher education degree
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level
• 5–8 years of experience in a similar testing role
• ISTQB Advanced certification or an internationally recognized equivalent
• Experience with testing using Azure DevOps Test Plans
• Hands-on coding experience in at least one of the following languages:
  Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or VBS
• Hands-on experience in test automation using Playwright or an equivalent framework
• Practical experience working with relational databases, including SQL query creation
• Experience in testing systems based on data platforms
• Experience in testing web service–based application systems

We are looking for:

• Strong, practical knowledge of software testing tools
• Expert-level skills in test design techniques
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
