Obowiązki

• Enable and foster a culture of "automation-first" in the QA space
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders at all levels across the bank, including international locations
• Develop custom tools and integrate them with existing tools to enhance test engineering productivity
• Create test strategies and automation plans to deliver efficiencies and productivity improvements through test automation
• Utilize automated testing methods for conducting multilayered testing of desktop and web applications, data services, microservices, databases, ETL processes, and cloud-based applications
• Perform in-sprint automation testing and develop a regression test suite
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of any errors identified using logs, database queries, legacy systems, and Unix file systems, among others
• Demonstrate expertise in the complete test and defect management lifecycle across various agile methodologies and tools
• Generate test reports and statuses to be shared across multiple levels of the organization

Wymagania

• 5+ Years of proven Automation Testing experience, ideally in the finance sector
• Practical understanding of test automation across multiple test tools (i.e., TOSCA, UFT, HP ALM, MS Azure Test Plans, GitLab & MS Visual Studio)
• PowerShell scripting and/or Oracle PL-SQL experience an advantage experience in testing web-based application with understanding of modern web & legacy desktop technologies
• Proven ability to create non-functional test strategies and plans for manual and automated test methods
• Good understanding of non-functional test automation concepts and patterns (e.g. availability, scalability, performance and security)
• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and devops tooling (gitlab) – Knowledge of the Asset Management domain, especially in Performance Attribution/Measurement Methodologies would be a plus
