About the project:

This platform will empower customers with next-generation capabilities, offering seamless account access, diverse asset types like shares, ETFs, and mutual funds, and personalized investment portfolios tailored to individual goals. Built on the HSBC Mobile platform using the PlatformHub framework, it ensures scalability, security, and efficiency. Your responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end testing process for web and mobile applications as well as design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to clarify requirements and define testing strategies.
• Prepare and execute automated UI and API test scripts, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Oversee defect management and ensure timely resolution.
• Mentor and support team members, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report testing progress using test metrics.
• Evaluate existing solutions and recommend enhancements.
• Ensure effective communication with management and business teams and foster a culture of quality and innovation within the QA team.

Our requirements

• Proven experience in QA team leadership and managing testing processes across the software development lifecycle.
• Expertise in automated testing for mobile and web applications.
• Strong programming skills in Java or Python.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and automation frameworks (e.g.,Cucumber) as well as Experience with RESTful API, web UI, and mobile testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins) and version control (GIT).
• Knowledge of test management tools.
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

• Experience in desktop application testing is a plus.
