Warsaw-based opportunity with hybrid work model! (1 day in the office/ week)

As a Senior Test Automation Engineer, you will be working for our client, a well-established financial institution undergoing dynamic digital transformation. You will join a fast-paced, agile environment focused on modernizing banking applications through robust test automation strategies. The project involves enhancing the quality and reliability of web-based systems by developing and maintaining a scalable automation framework. Youll be part of a cross-functional team collaborating closely with developers, analysts, and QA professionals to ensure top-tier performance and stability of key digital solutions.

Youre ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in test automation for web applications
• Strong knowledge of Selenium (C#) or Playwright (TypeScript)
• Experience using GIT and working within CI/CD environments like Jenkins
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Xray, Postman, and SoapUI
• Good understanding of testing principles and ISTQB certification
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail in test creation
• Effective communication and a proactive approach to teamwork
• Fluency in English at B2 level or higher
• Willingness to continuously learn and share knowledge

Nice to have: 

• Experience working in financial institutions or banks
