Senior Territory Manager EndoMech & Energy (Surgery), Warsaw

Purpose: In this role you will be responsible for growing and developing surgery products and digital solutions from the JnJ MedTech EndoMech & Energy portfolio within new and existing hospital accounts. You will help achieve sales objectives and increase market penetration by building strong relationships with surgeons, OR teams, procurement, and clinical and non‑clinical departments. This field‑based leadership position requires clinical credibility, business acumen, and a passion for collaborating with healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets for stapling and energy device portfolio across the territory.
- Develop and execute a robust territory plan, prioritizing high‑potential accounts and strategic partnerships with hospitals.
- Focus on high‑value opportunities to grow new business, capture competitor share and promote adoption of new technologies while maintaining key customers.
- Lead and develop account relationships, ensuring alignment of efforts to improve impact and drive growth.
- Build advocacy for the J&J MedTech portfolio among key stakeholders.
- Conduct daily visits and meetings with OR and non‑clinical customers to promote products, give presentations, and differentiate the portfolio.
- Initiate contact with new customers and conduct regular visits to gather information on orders and market conditions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend new products and services to address solutions in dedicated accounts.
- Prepare sales reports and documents; develop and recommend specific sales plans and new product launch introductions.
- Drive internal collaboration to maximize opportunities across Johnson & Johnson MedTech, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Manage stakeholders to secure the right resources and support for executing strategies focused on the Wound Closure surgery market.
- This role is eligible for sales incentives and commissions.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of field‑based medical device or surgical sales experience, preferably with stapling devices and energy‑based surgical technologies.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving market adoption in a healthcare environment.
- Influencing and business‑partnering skills; ability to analyze requirements and develop strategies that drive technology adoption and become a trusted business advisor.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; team player.
- Analytical and logical thinking.
- Solution oriented with adaptability to dynamic market conditions.
- Creativity and initiative supported by experience.
- High engagement, resilience, and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Very good knowledge of English; native level Polish.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Mobility—available to travel frequently.
- Valid driving licence, category B.
