OVERVIEW

Balyasny Asset Management (BAM) is looking for a driven and highly capable Senior Recruiter to spearhead the build-out of the Technology and Data teams in the Warsaw office.

We are looking for someone who has extensive experience in full-cycle Technology/Data recruitment in Poland that can work independently in Warsaw as well as collaborate effectively with the global Business Development (recruitment) team. We are looking for someone who will identify top talent and be a true culture carrier for the firm as we build out the office.

The Senior Recruiter will interface with hiring managers and their departments globally to hire top Technology and Data talent. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, organized, and responsible with an exceptional ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

As a Senior Technology and Data Recruiter at BAM, you will:

  1. Design and deploy sourcing strategies, screen, and assess candidates for open positions at all levels with different business focuses.
  2. Manage full life cycle recruitment process for Warsaw including creating and managing job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens and interviews, managing interview process and candidate communication, all the way through the entire offer process.
  3. Identify and implement creative, impactful sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
  4. Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates, searches, and job requirements.
  5. Provide direction & oversight and partner with Recruiting Coordinator regarding job postings, interview scheduling, interview feedback collection, onboarding activities, etc.

What you’ll bring:

  1. 10+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in an executive search or in-house financial services capacity.
  2. Significant search execution experience in the Technology and Data spaces in Warsaw and the overall Polish market.
  3. Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and previous experience using applicant tracking systems.
  4. Ability to multi-task and stay organized with various stakeholders to report to.
  5. Ability to work within a global capacity, different time zones, and be flexible with schedule changes.
  6. Excellent analytical skills, with strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-through.
  7. Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  8. Must have strong initiative and sense of urgency, as well as proven experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Ability to take initiative, use consultative skills and build strong, productive relationships.
