Our client, a rapidly growing international organization in the medical technology sector, is seeking a Senior Technical Support and Onboarding Representative (M/K) to deliver a premium customer experience throughout the onboarding and technical support journey. - Provide technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems for hardware, software, and web-based applications
- Guide customers through installation, registration, and onboarding processes
- Troubleshoot technical issues remotely, including networking, software updates, and device performance
- Clearly communicate complex technical topics in a user-friendly way
- Support customers with leasing processes, ensuring accuracy of financial documentation
- Monitor and manage customer accounts and ensure high-quality service delivery
- Coordinate equipment shipments and ensure compliance with logistics and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions in internal systems
- Initiate and manage Return Material Authorization (RMA) processes
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases and process documentation
- Assist internal teams with necessary documentation and administrative tasks
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for technical support and onboarding processes
- Handle escalations from customers across the EEMEA region
- Lead complex issue resolution requiring independent judgment and initiative
- Recommend and implement process improvements
- Coordinate resolution across different support tiers
- Approve parts and replacements within internal systems
- Participate in cross-functional projects related to technical support and onboarding
WYMAGANIA:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-growing, international environment
- Experience working with medical devices or technical equipment is a strong advantage
- Solid understanding of MS Windows operating systems (MacOS knowledge is a plus)
- Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with web browsers and common IT environments
- Basic understanding of antivirus software and system security
- Knowledge of server architecture is an advantage
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce, SAP, or TeamViewer is a plus
- Understanding of import/export regulations is beneficial
- Fluent English (written and spoken) and local language required
- Additional languages are an advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
