Senior Technical Specialist
Your responsibilities
- Provide pre- and after - sales expert technical support to customers ensuring product satisfaction through accurate guidance on specifications and applications.
- Oversee the application process on-site, ensuring correct product usage and adherence to technical guidelines.
- Recommend the best product solutions based on project requirements and international standards, helping to optimize customer outcomes.
- Address technical inquiries and manage customer complaints promptly, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
- Execute product trials, trainings and demonstrations for clients showcasing product value and performance ensuring the customer team has the necessary technical skills
- Collaborate with the R&D team, participating in the testing and application promotion of new adhesive products.
- Develop deep insights into current and potential customers & market needs and requirements.
Our requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field (chemical engineering, materials engineering).
- At least 5-10 years of technical experience ideally obtained in the hygiene hotmelt adhesive industry or other hotmelt adhesive industries, such as end-of-line packaging industry.
- Knowledge of adhesives, production lines, glue applicators is an advantage.
- Strong learning ability and teamwork spirit,able to work in international and multicultural teams.
- Ability to self-manage time and priorities workload.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Presenting a fact-based and data-driven approach.
- The ability to persuasive others to the proposed course of action.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Strong flexibility to adapt to frequent customer on-site support and travel arrangements (50-60% of time in front of customers).
