Senior Technical Specialist

Were looking for a Senior Technical Specialist to join our dynamic RCSC (Regional Customer Support Center) department. If you are a problem-solving expert with a knack for troubleshooting and a love for continuous learning, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Who you are:

  • Experienced in identifying and troubleshooting complex issues with over 5 years in installations and customer support.
  • Educated in Technical IT with knowledge of IT@WF and SWA systems.
  • Skilled in communication, ensuring effective client and colleague interactions.
  • Dedicated to professional growth and staying current with industry trends.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy in documentation and tasks.
  • Strong collaborator, fostering a supportive team environment
  • Fluency in Polish (required) and English at C1 level; proficiency in additional languages is a strong asset.
