Role Description
This isafull-time hybrid role for aRecruitment Specialist atPeratera. The Recruitment Specialist will beresponsible for hiring, interviewing, communication, recruiting, and training. The role isbased inLondon, with the option towork remotely full-time.
Qualifications
- Proven experience hiring for technical and IT roles across various seniority levels
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent databases, and Boolean search
- Excellent interviewing, communication, and candidate evaluation skills (behavioral + technical screening)
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle and ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems, data-driven recruitment, and reporting on KPIs
- Understanding of employment laws, compliance requirements, and hiring best practices
- Experience supporting employee onboarding and coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet tight hiring deadlines
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide consultative guidance
- HR-related degree or professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is a plus
- Passion for continuous learning and staying current with technology trends and talent market shifts
