We are looking for a dynamic Contract Technical Recruiter to join our people team in Pune, India. You will be instrumental in growing the teams primarily in India and also, in EMEA and APAC regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full lifecycle recruiting including production sourcing
- Conduct deep talent analysis and develop recruiting strategies that include sourcing, candidate engagement/advisement, and closing candidates with niche skill sets
- Recruit in a fast-paced and high-growth environment in technology and preferably in the product, cloud industry
- Be client-focused and committed to continuous improvement; proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to client partners (hiring managers), a natural assessor of top talent
- Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with full-lifecycle technical recruiting
- Ability to work with Global Stakeholders and be flexible with working hours
- Amazing stakeholder management skills, data-driven approach, strong collaboration with stakeholders and different HR functions
- Strong understanding of different markets and good network across the tech community
- A strong track record of closing tech talent
- The ability to prioritize and multitask as well as excitement to roll up your sleeves and contribute to all parts of company’s recruiting process
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
Recruitment Process
- Initial interview with the Hiring Manager / TA team
- Sourcing task – identify 3 profiles for a challenging role and provide justification for your choices
- Meeting with the Engineering Team Manager
- Short process, focused on quick closure
