Senior Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)

We’re currently looking for a talented IT Project Manager (Senior Level) to join our team and help us deliver outstanding projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans ensuring timely execution.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Oversee project quality, budget, and deadlines, ensuring compliance with requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams, fostering effective collaboration.
- Track project scope, milestones, and deliverables while proactively managing risks.
- Maintain strong cooperation with contractors and key stakeholders.
- Provide regular progress reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT project management (especially in IT infrastructure and VMware) (Mid/Senior level).
- Excellent communication skills (written & spoken Polish, German, and English).
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage complex projects independently.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in modern project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
- Solid understanding of business requirements and IT environments.
- Technical background or engineering education is a plus.
- Passion for new technologies and digital transformation.
