What You Will Do

• Execute a portfolio of initiatives and projects that are aligned with Markem-Imaje strategic goals.
• Manage the specifications throughout the projects, including management of cross-disciplines teams.
• Size and organize the projects with macro-definition of needs: resources, expenses, investments.
• Lead the definition and update of the business case.
• Execute the projects according to QCD targets based on efficient management of planning, risks, requirements, quality demonstration, etc.
• Communicate efficiently across the organization to inform and obtain key decisions.
• Lead the post-launch activities during a determined period.

What You Need To Have

• At least 8 years of experience in New Product/New Technology Introduction project management.
• Extensive project management and stage gate process experience for large scale electro‑mechanical projects. PMI certified preferred.
• Engineer or Master’s degree in Science.
• Proven experience in development partnership management in cross‑discipline teams.
• Strong business acumen covering Product Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Significant awareness of Critical To Quality approach such as design review, FMEA, risk analysis.
• High level of English and intermediate level of Polish.
• Location: Readiness to work from our current location at 39 Farbiarska Street in Warsaw until later in 2025, when we are opening our new facility at 105 Katowicka Avenue in Kajetany.
