We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to join the team of our German client. You will support two ongoing initiatives - a mobile application project and a web platform - as well as contribute to other projects within our portfolio. In addition to core PM responsibilities, the role also requires taking full ownership of Product Owner responsibilities to drive product development from vision through delivery.
responsibilities :
Taking full ownership of all project documentation, including JIRA, Miro, and shared documents.
Leading internal project meetings proactively, such as Daily Standups, Sprint Planning preparation, and team alignment sessions.
Managing recurring client meetings in English, including Sprint Planning and requirement clarification sessions.
Owning the project backlog and scope in close collaboration with (senior) developers.
Identifying and managing risks, blockers, and dependencies proactively.
Translating business requirements into actionable tasks for the development team.
Communicating status, blockers, and next steps clearly and in a structured manner.
Applying Agile delivery methods and structured workflow management, adapting them to the client context when needed.
Supporting refinement of scope and requirements proactively.
Structuring and operationalizing ambiguity, clarifying what is known, unknown, blockers, and required actions.
Acting as a multiplier for developers, enabling their work and driving progress when needed.
Using conceptual thinking to understand client business problems and collaborating with developers on requirement refinement to address them effectively.
requirements-expected :
5 - 6+ years of experience in IT project management (experience in software houses is a strong plus).
Experience in Product Owner responsibilities, including defining requirements, prioritizing features, and driving product decisions.
Strong technical background (e.g., former developer or hands-on technical experience).
Proven experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
Hands-on experience with tools like Miro, Confluence, JIRA, Excel, and Word.
Excellent communication skills and experience in client-facing roles.
Independence, proactiveness, responsibility, and the ability to manage multiple project areas simultaneously.
Very good command of English (B2+ spoken and written).
Comfort working in a volatile project environment with shifting priorities.
Ability to proactively align with key stakeholders to clarify assumptions and confirm priorities.
