We want our new SharePoint Service Desk Support to join our dynamic Commercial IT team. Your main responsibility will be to support our customer rooms, used by some of the world’s biggest banks and life science companies. Currently, we manage this through SharePoint 2019, but we aim to move online within the next two years.
In this role, you’ll focus on running the service desk for the solution, working closely with our Technical Product Owner to provide support for our internal users. Your natural curiosity about understanding business needs and requirements will help you provide professional support and grow your technical expertise in SharePoint and other applications.
