We’re building a next-generation WhatsApp conversational experience embedded in our global money remittance platform.

This isn’t just another chatbot — it’s a product at the intersection of AI, human behavior, and financial technology. It combines prompt engineering, conversational UX, and secure backend integrations to handle real‑money transactions in a compliant and user‑friendly way.

As the Technical Product Manager (TPM) for the WhatsApp Bot Project, you’ll own the roadmap and delivery of this conversational AI system through to full‑scale production. You’ll collaborate with engineers, designers, QA specialists, and stakeholders to ensure the product is technically robust, compliant, and delightful to use.

What Youll Do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the WhatsApp conversational bot — defining vision, priorities, and success metrics
• Translate business goals, regulatory needs, and user behavior into clear requirements
• Shape the conversational UX, leveraging prompt engineering and large language models (LLMs)
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, compliance, and legal teams to ensure a safe, compliant, and frictionless user experience
• Drive agile execution — writing user stories, managing sprints, tracking progress in Jira, and ensuring continuous delivery
• Measure and optimize — analyze engagement, conversion, and performance metrics to inform iteration and scaling

• Backend: Node.js, Python
• Frontend: React
• AI/NLP: LangChain, LangGraph, LLM frameworks
• Infrastructure: AWS, Docker, CDK
• Integrations: WhatsApp Cloud API, payment & compliance systems
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, Amplitude

Were Looking For

• 5+ years in product management or technical product management roles
• Proven experience owning product roadmaps and delivering through full lifecycle — from prototype to production
• Strong technical fluency — comfortable with APIs, database queries, and backend systems
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); experience leading cross‑functional Agile teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (English B2+)

It would be a plus

• Experience in fintech, payments, or AI‑driven systems
• Familiarity with conversational AI, prompt engineering, or NLP‑driven UX
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Looker, Amplitude, or similar
• Familiarity with React, Node.js, or Python
• Experience with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform or other messaging APIs
