The Senior Marketing Designer is a pivotal role within our creative team, responsible for guiding and motivating a team of talented Graphic Designers to deliver immersive and high-quality marketing assets. This is a full-time, fully remote position, with the possibility to work from our Product Madness office in Gdańsk (al. Deliver high-quality, engaging, and impactful marketing art in a fast-paced, live environment. Manage priorities for time-sensitive projects effectively. Share best design practices and reflect on experiences to foster continuous learning. Maintain professionalism and deliver superior, professional designs. Assist in onboarding new team members and mentor lower-level designers. Extensive experience in a similar role within the marketing design field, preferably in the mobile gaming industry. Proven track record of leading design projects and teams. Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design work. High proficiency in graphic design fundamentals. Expertise in Photoshop and Illustrator.
