The opportunity

As a part of our global team, you will be responsible for gathering requirements and identifying business needs. You will cooperate closely with both the development team and business owners to provide solutions that meet the established business goals.

Your key responsibilities

1. Understand the business needs, define & manage requirements and present them to stakeholders and the development team.
2. Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.
3. Work with data, provide analysis and solutions to existing problems.
4. Ensure accessibility requirements are met.
5. Support error management, versioning, data binding, and quality assurance.

Skills and attributes for success

1. Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills (meeting facilitation, ability to align with key stakeholders in Front Office & IT).
2. Ability to analyze and document processes and flows.
3. Experience with Business Process Modelling, UML, and ERD.
4. Experience with project tracking (Jira) and knowledge management (Confluence) tools.
5. Knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design.
6. Familiarity with Software Architecture and Usability concepts.
7. Skilled in creating, maintaining, and managing product backlog (acting as a product owner).
8. Experience working in international projects in agile/scrum methodology.

To qualify for the role, you must have

1. Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, Science, or other Technical qualifications.
2. 5+ years in a corporate IT environment in similar positions.
3. Practical knowledge of UML.
4. Good English (B2) language verbal and written communication is a must.

Ideally, you’ll also have

1. Ability to deal well with ambiguity.
