We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong financial background to join an international project within the investment domain.

The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver data-driven solutions that support investment and business decisions.

This is a hybrid role requiring presence in the Kraków or Gdańsk office three days a week.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and model vendor data for integration into internal systems
• Design and maintain conceptual and logical data models (including performance data, reference data, and related datasets)
• Facilitate workshops and sessions with business stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements for the product
• Define and document data quality rules, including completeness, timeliness, and accuracy
• Prepare testing scenarios for data ingestion, transformation, and reporting processes
• Coordinate with business users and development teams to validate end-to-end data workflows
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure alignment with business expectations

Requirements

• Direct experience in Asset Management or Investment Banking, with strong financial acumen
• Hands-on experience in data modeling and integration of vendor data feeds; experience with financial vendor data is a strong advantage
• Proven skills in stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and defining clear acceptance criteria
• Experience in defining data quality rules, reconciliation processes, and end-to-end testing
• Familiarity with API and data feed integrations, including REST, GraphQL, and SFTP specifications

Nice to have

• Experience writing GWT (Given-When-Then) test scenarios
• Experience in manual testing
