What does our Tech support do?
Our Technical Support Team plays a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch post-sales support. From assisting with product implementation to troubleshooting daily technical challenges, our team directly contributes to the success and growth of our Fudo Enterprise solution.
We are looking for two highly skilled engineers:
A client-facing technical expert focused on troubleshooting and support.
A technical support engineer with expertise in training, responsible for designing and delivering technical training programs for our partners and customers.
responsibilities :
Providing technical support:
Diagnosing and resolving customer issues related to our Fudo Enterprise solution.
Client engagement:
Communicating with customers via tickets, calls, and occasionally on-site visits.
Collaboration:
Working closely with Development and QA teams to identify and resolve complex issues.
Product Implementation & Integration:
Supporting deployment and integration into customer environments.
Software Testing & Lab Setup:
Preparing environments for troubleshooting and product improvements.
For training-focused role:
Developing training programs, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions for partners and customers.
requirements-expected :
Documented minimum of 6 years of experience in IT engineering, system administration or technical support, including:
Unix/Linux System Administration (preferably FreeBSD) from the command line.
Service Administration in Unix/Linux environments (web servers, applications, logs, etc.).
Network Administration: IPv4 addressing, VLANs, routing and the OSI model.
Diagnosing performance issues across systems, networks, and hardware.
Experience in PostgreSQL Administration:
Writing complex SQL queries.
Correlating data from multiple tables.
Analyzing database logs.
Performing backups/restorations.
Hardware Management:
Handling hardware RAID, IPMI/BMC.
Diagnosing/replacing server components.
Shell scripting.
Familiarity with security protocols and cryptography.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Curiosity, and a customer-focused mindset.
Experience in working in a technical support environment.
A passion for helping clients.
Fluent Polish.
Fluent English - essential for working with international clients.
