Responsibilities
Market Performance, OGSM & KPI Governance
- Own the progress reporting against OGSM/KPIs by market (e.g., Channel Mix, BR formats, IR Tiering, infrastructure & frontliner evolution, BOTG breakeven); synthesize insights and next actions with markets and regional leadership.
- Lead Business Performance Reports (standard + ad hoc) and Channel/Infrastructure overviews; drive follow‑ups on performance gaps with markets.
- Reporting the updates on BREPT (Brand Retail Ecosystem Planning Tool), BR2.0 and Look of the Leader deployment status.
Deployment Planning, Execution & Quality
- Provide Project Support for key initiatives (e.g., Commercial Engine Efficiency, YAP monitoring, New Marketing Code (NMC)), and coordinate exit/follow‑up calls with markets.
Budget, CAPEX/OPEX & Commercial Ops Governance
- Lead Commercial Ops budget tracking (incl. T&T) and Commercial Engine efficiency reviews with markets; ensure timely variance analysis and mitigation plans.
- Drive CAPEX resource prioritization & tracking with Retail/Marketing and Finance, ensuring investments align to EU strategy and market ROI thresholds.
- Oversee budget planning & monitoring for deployment activities and ensure robust PO/GR/invoicing governance and auditability.
Standardization, SOPs & Process Excellence
- Co‑create, roll out, and embed SOPs for commercial planning and deployment; track adoption, run pulse checks, and close gaps with market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong experience/professional background in Commercial Operations / Retail Activation / Trade Marketing / Commercial Excellence, with regional multi‑market scope.
- Advanced analytical skills (PowerBI, Salesforce, DTE/Reev).
- Experience in commercial reporting and KPI frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication.
- Ability to drive SOP adoption and process standardization.
- Familiarity with CAPEX/OPEX tracking and budget governance.
