Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with transfer pricing documentation requirements across all relevant jurisdictions
• Prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentations for all Ul Group entities in Germany and abroad
• Monitor transfer pricing-related legal and regulatory changes and support the implementation of any new reporting obligations such as CbCR and Pillar 2
• Develop and optimize Ul Groups transfer pricing system, including the creation of internal guidelines and the digitalization of relevant processes
• Oversee compliance in the day-to-day business, e.g., ensure that intercompany contracts are in place and intercompany services are correctly invoiced
• Act as the central contact for internal and external stakeholders and provide advice to other departments on all transfer pricing related matters
• Provide tax-related support for interdisciplinary projects, such as establishing new branches or managing cross-border restructurings

Your skills and experience:

• 4-5 years of professional experience in transfer pricing and international tax, ideally in a tax consultancy, auditing firm, or corporate tax department
• University degree in business administration or law, preferably with a focus on tax
• Strong knowledge of relevant tax laws, in particular OECD transfer pricing regulations
• High level of commitment, motivation, communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English, German skills would be an asset
