We transform business processes to achieve sustainable growth by optimizing people, technology, data and intelligence.**THE WORK*** Maintaining excellent relationship with the Client* Prepare and deliver VAT registers for VAT returns* Prepare Intrastat reports, ECSL ECPL and other VAT related reports if required* Ensure timely reporting of VAT and comply with tax operational standards and procedures* Reconcile VAT, Intrastat and ECSL ECPL reporting data* Provide assistance for tax issues and ad hoc matters* Support team members or other teams AP, AR on correct tax treatment and VAT coding* Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, driving new implementations increasing the quality or automation of VAT reporting* Performing other tax related daily tasks and interacting with team membersQualifications**HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED*** At least 3 years of experience in tax operations or tax compliance* Very good English skills - both written and spoken* Proven expertise in EU VAT reporting and solid understanding of VAT regulations and compliance requirements* University degree in accounting or related field preferred* Professional experience in SSC BPO or Big4 would be an advantage* Practical skills in MS Office tools at a user level, and high Microsoft Excel skills* Analytical skills with proactive approach* Precision and attention to details, very good organizational skills**BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE*** SAP knowledge in tax accounting area*Research indicates that some candidates, especially the most diverse ones, may hesitate to apply for positions if they dont meet all requirements.
