We are seeking a proactive and skilled Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles, including technical, marketing, and non-technical positions, with experience in hunting top-tier specialists. Experience in the iGaming industry is highly desirable. Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process primarily for Non-Tech & Marketing positions across the EU Zone+Central Asia.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract candidates across multiple channels.
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring needs.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Provide insights on market trends, salary benchmarking, and talent availability.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare and present candidate profiles to hiring teams in a professional manner.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful placements within the iGaming industry.
- Deep understanding of sourcing strategies and global hiring processes across multiple regions.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to handle high-volume recruitment in a dynamic environment.
