This is an exciting time for VML Enterprise solutions, due to continued growth, We are looking for a (Senior) Talent Acquisition Specialist in either our Poland or Portugal offices to work alongside the Talent Team. You will be responsible for a high volume of permanent, contract and freelance positions across our EMEA locations.
Joining as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be working alongside the global VML ES talent team and internal stakeholders across our demographics, making sure you fully understand the business needs before taking the roles strategically to market.
You will be expected to manage the full end to end recruitment process, so a confident and consultative approach is required with a focus on identifying mainly technical resources.
