We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Krakow. This hands‑on role is key to building high‑performing teams across technology and select non‑technical areas. In this position, you will lead the sourcing, engagement and hiring of top tech talent across Poland, while also supporting recruitment for the UK and other international teams. You will work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience, while contributing to the development of Smart’s overall talent strategy.
