Responsibilities

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and lead the full recruitment cycle from start to finish.

Required Qualifications

• With over 6 years of extensive recruitment experience in both agency and in‑house settings.
• Expertise in diverse sourcing strategies for engaging both passive and active candidates.
• Proficient in developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to address current and future technical hiring requirements.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven track record in successfully closing offers for mid‑ and senior‑level positions, including effective negotiation of terms.
• Experience in sourcing and assisting with international candidate relocations.
• Skilled in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, with the confidence to directly approach candidates for specific job openings.
• Background in a technology‑driven sector.
• Capable of executing challenging recruitment projects within established timelines.
• Skilled at juggling multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
• Highly organized and detail‑focused.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
