Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: 14 000 - 15 000 PLN gross a month

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for all positions across Europe, the US, and Canada. This role requires a strategic recruiter who can manage complex hiring processes, engage with top‑tier talent, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You will play a critical role in building leadership capability for our organization by hiring C‑suite and other senior roles from a global talent pool.

Key Responsibilities

  • End‑to‑End Recruitment: Independently manage full‑cycle recruitment for all roles across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high‑caliber candidates, leveraging networks, market intelligence, and advanced tools.
  • Candidate Pipeline Management: Build and maintain strong pipelines for critical roles; nurture relationships to ensure long‑term engagement and readiness.
  • Executive Engagement: Demonstrate ability to engage with senior and C‑suite candidates, maintain their interest throughout the recruitment process, and deliver a premium candidate experience.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand role requirements, define job descriptions, and provide consultative guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to recruitment strategy and participate in employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice globally.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and candidate expectations; adapt sourcing strategies proactively to ensure competitive advantage.
  • Technology Enablement: Recommend and drive implementation of future ATS (Applicant Tracking System) solutions to optimize recruitment processes and reporting.
  • Reporting & Decision Support: Provide timely updates on candidate pipelines, hiring progress, and market insights; push for decisions to secure top talent without delay.
  • KPI Management: Track, manage, and report against recruitment KPIs (e.g., time‑to‑hire, quality of hire, pipeline health) to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Time Zone Management: Effectively manage scheduling and communication across multiple time zones to ensure seamless candidate and stakeholder engagement.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in talent acquisition, with proven success in hiring senior leadership and C‑suite roles across global markets.
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of executive search methodologies, sourcing techniques, and recruitment best practices.
  • Global Exposure: Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment across Europe, US, and Canada, including familiarity with regional labor laws and cultural nuances.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholders.
  • Technology: Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter; ability to recommend and implement process improvements.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working across time zones and managing competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in financial services, technology, product or consulting sectors.
  • Strong network within executive talent communities.
  • Familiarity with employer branding and talent marketing strategies.
