BlackLine is a market leader in cloud software that helps companies automate and control their financial close and accounting processes. Since 2001, thousands of businesses of all sizes, including Coca-Cola, Hershey, and Zendesk, have trusted our solutions to help them work smarter and more efficiently.

The Opportunity
We are building a best‑in‑class Talent Acquisition team in EMEA to partner with our dynamic and fast‑growing business. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner focused mainly on Product and Technology, you will be more than a recruiter; you will be a strategic advisor and a critical partner to our leaders, dedicated to finding and hiring the talent that will drive BlackLine’s future success.
In this role, you will partner directly with our Product & Technology leadership in EMEA, acting as the dedicated talent expert for the teams that drive our commercial success. You will be responsible for hiring exceptional talent mainly across our Product and Technology functions but also when needed being flexible enough to work across other departments and locations.
You’ll Get To:
- Lead the Recruitment Process: Guide the full 360‑degree recruitment lifecycle, from discovery and sourcing to offer and onboarding, ensuring a world‑class experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Be a Strategic Partner: Serve as the primary talent advisor for senior leaders and HR Business Partners in your client group. Build deep, collaborative relationships to anticipate talent needs and challenges.
- Find and Engage Talent: Go beyond inbound applications. You will proactively source, engage, and nurture relationships with passive talent, building robust pipelines for critical roles using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and our future CRM.
- Champion Data‑Driven Recruitment: You won’t just track metrics; you’ll use them. Use insights to influence hiring decisions, manage stakeholder expectations, and tell the story of our talent landscape.
- Be a Problem Solver: You identify challenges and are motivated to propose thoughtful solutions and take action. You have a passion for continuous improvement.
- Embrace Technology: Leverage our TA tech stack (iCIMS, soon to be Workday, and a potential new CRM) to its fullest potential, driving efficiency and effectiveness in all that you do.
- Demonstrate Flexibility: While you have a core client group of Product & Technology, you are a team player who is ready to flex and support other business areas across the region during spikes in hiring demand.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience: You are an experienced TA professional with well‑developed skills in managing complex, senior and niche level searches from start to finish.
- Functional Expertise: You have a depth of experience in Product and Technology recruiting and understand the nuances of attracting, assessing, and closing talented professionals in that field.
- A Builder’s Mindset: You are solution‑oriented, accountable, and highly collaborative. You are excited by the opportunity to not just recruit, but to build, improve, and make a lasting impact on our function.
- Growth Orientation: You are naturally curious and see feedback as an opportunity to grow. You are driven to learn, adapt, and continuously improve both yourself and the environment around you.
- Stakeholder Partnership: You have excellent communication and influencing skills. You build credibility with leaders, know how to tell a story with data, and can confidently guide and advise your stakeholders to ensure a successful outcome.
- Tech Savviness: You are highly familiar and comfortable with modern recruiting technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
We’re Even More Excited If You Have:
- A passion for your job
- A data‑oriented approach, are solution‑driven and want to be part of a foundational team
