About the role:

As an experienced, proactive, and creative recruiter, you will be making a vital contribution to the future success by ensuring we are continuously attracting qualified and diverse talent.

This position is a hybrid role based in Zielona Góra, Poland. It is expected for employees to be in the office two days a week.

About the Team:

The Global People Team at Auctane is dedicated to serving the needs of the business and the team members who keep it running. As a team, we work across employee relations, talent acquisition, HR operations, talent management, health and welfare benefits, HRIS, compensation, worker’s compensation, performance management, learning and development, and project management. Though we’re a fast-moving team with a lot of responsibilities, we work together to ensure that every aspect of an employee’s experience is thoughtfully considered and weighed against the values of the organization. We support five offices located in Poland, Spain, UK, Australia, and the USA.

What will you be doing?

  • Recruit and hire top corporate talent within the industry efficiently and effectively.
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders globally.
  • Responsible for managing the candidate and hiring manager experience from intake call, interview plan design, sourcing, scheduling, and debrief calls with interviewers.
  • Share and exchange information with all levels of management.
  • Manage the talent branding strategy, including building and maintaining partnership with University; posting LinkedIn content, organizing conferences and job fairs, and managing the monthly calendar of events.
  • Collaborate with external agency partners on talent branding content.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 3 years of in-house/agency recruiting experience with a high-growth company preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Polish (both written and verbal).
  • You thrive in taking creative approaches to identifying new candidates and have owned both technical and non-technical roles.
  • You are passionate about providing an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Able to articulate business needs, evaluate talent and close senior talent.
  • You are able to manage various roles simultaneously and you use creative strategies to build a consistent, humming pipeline (including engaging passive candidates).
  • Strong organization and time management.
  • Able to pivot and adapt when needs change.

What will make you stand out?

  • Proven track record of operating successfully in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Experience with Greenhouse and LinkedIn.
  • You take initiative and are proactive and collaborative.

The Tech:

  • ATS Experience - Greenhouse preferred.
  • GSuite.
