Senior Systems Engineer (Containerization & Automation)

• building, running, and developing of Windows Server based Systems, e. g. SQL-Server Database, FileNet Archive, SmartFix OCR, Essbase Database
• planning and running backups and recovery procedures
• problem analyses and incident management, including troubleshooting and performance tuning
• supporting the developer teams
• supporting the Configuration Management team for ERGO Direkt Systems
• supporting the application managers in maintaining the CMDB
• carrying out regular maintenance work and ensuring integrity and availability
• coordinating external service providers
