requirements-expected :
fluency in English
5+ years of experience in mainframe infrastructure and applications in a high-availability enterprise environment
knowledge of batch processes on the mainframe and in a distributed world
experience with any batch scheduler for example ZWS (on the mainframe)
experience within the ITIL processes: Service Request Management, Change and Release Management, Incident Management
knowledge of mainframe and client/server infrastructure
knowledge of ProcMan, Smart JCL, TWS Graph, XINFO and JCL
analytical thinking, problem-solving
continuous improvement attitude and proactive mindset
independent and self-motivated
willing to share the knowledge with the team
excellent communication skills
willingness to travel (once every 3-4 months)
