We are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer with a strong and specialized skill set. The ideal candidate defines and improves incident management processes, leads system optimization efforts, ensures reliability and scalability across services, and drives best practices in operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement incident management processes, ensuring seamless communication and swift resolution
• Define disaster recovery strategies, ensure compliance with security standards, and conduct security reviews
• Collaborate with other teams (e.g., development, product, business) to align on large-scale reliability initiatives
• Drive initiatives to improve culture around reliability and DevOps practices, pushing for innovation and best practices across the company

• Master level in Monitoring Tools
• Master level in Linux/Unix systems
• Master level in Troubleshooting and Scripting
• Master level in CI/CD Pipelines and Containers
• Master level in Cloud
• Competent Level in Databases
• Competent level in Scripting languages (Java, Python)
