We are currently seeking an experienced Senior System Process Optimization specialist lI to join our team in Poland. As Senior System Process Optimization specialist lI you will coordinate and oversee the functioning, promotion, and daily operations of projects, including collecting system requirements, setting priorities, monitoring project progress, guiding system module construction, providing data-driven improvement suggestions, and facilitating cross-departmental collaboration for successful project implementation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for system function coordination and on-site promotion and daily operation follow-up of projects;
  • The business department collects and excavates the daily system requirements; formulates priorities, and formulates plans to advance according to priorities;
  • Review the operation of the project every week in the early stage of the project, complete the established indicators of the project, and organize the project summary and review;
  • Coordinate the process construction of the system functional modules, review the overall front-end delivery plan of the system, analyze the overall business process of warehousing, put forward professional suggestions on the design of the operation plan of the warehousing business process, and lead the team to implement the plan;
  • Collaborate with the business team, provide improvement ideas based on data and system perspectives, and complete on-site program review;
  • Coordinate execution across departments and functions, integrate multi-terminal traffic resources, and promote the implementation of precise projects.


Qualification:

  • Ready to work fully on-site in Magnice at ul. Jana Heweliusza 3, 55-040;
  • Bachelor degree or above, logistics management, supply chain management and other related majors are preferred;
  • 4-6 years of logistics, warehousing process analysis planning or business support or product manager related work experience;
  • Proficient in warehousing operation process analysis and planning, with knowledge of Tableau/WMS/TMS and other systems, good at discovering business pain points and overcoming business difficulties;
  • Familiar with the operation of Visio, XMind, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Axure and other tools, and can independently complete the writing of process files.
  • Clear thinking and logic, with project management ideas; strong communication and coordination ability, good at expression, and overall planning ability.
