We are currently seeking an experienced System Process Optimization Specialist I to join our team in Poland. On this positions you will be responsible for various process optimization, standards implementation and support our business processes on warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• From a business and management perspective, streamline the warehousing business process, establish warehouse business process standards and operational standards, and promote implementation and regular standard inspections;
• In the process of streamlining business processes, for those that require system coordination for business process optimization, initiate system optimization requirements and communicate with the IT product team to form a system optimization requirement plan; Through the fulfillment of the system requirements, business testing and system training etc., ensure the fulfillment of the expected system requirements;
• Deep dive into the business and continuously explore the pain points that hinder cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and quality improvement, form a system, process, and standard solution, and cooperate with on-site management to implement the plan;
• Proactively initiate standardization of warehouse operations, not limited to tools, area management, processes, and kanban.

Requirements:

• Ready to work fully on-site in Magnice at ul. Jana Heweliusza 3, 55-040;
• Bachelors degree or above;
• More than 5 years of relevant work experience, with good experience in warehousing systems, processes, and lean projects;
• Work experiences in overseas self operated warehousing at large companies such as Amazon;
• Proficient in English and other language skills;
• Good at actively exploring and discovering problems.
