Operation and support of our in-house MES (manufacturing execution system) that is running in 9 separate instances and coordinating the manufacturing process between the company-wide SAP systems and the process control systems of the local manufacturing facilities.
Implementation of automated solutions for release management.
Implementation of automated solutions for platform management.
Implementation and maintenance of monitoring solutions.
Installation of new software versions on the running instances.
Installation of new software versions on staging other testing instances.
Participation in daily standup or regularly meetings.
JavaEE application server (currently Weblogic, migration to OpenLiberty planned).
requirements-expected :
5 years+ of relevant work experience.
Good knowledge of server and network technologies.
Strong knowledge of:
CheckMK, Ansible, Python, PowerShell, Linux Bash, Jenkins.
Following knowledge would be an advantage:
Maven, Tycho, JIRA, REST, SQL.
Pragmatic, solution-oriented working style.
Analytical and abstract thinking.
Fluent written and spoken English, German language will be an asset.
