• Participation in IT projects (architecture, configuration) and analysis and creation of business requirements specifications; workshops (CSI, MCI).
• Participation in presales processes.
• Adoption projects to M365 (webinars, instructions, educational websites).
• Collaboration with delivery, presales and business team.

• Over 4 years of experience in a similar position.
• Very good knowledge of: ADDS (level 300+), SCCM (level 300+), Defender for EndPoint (level 300+), PowerShell (level 300+).
• Certificates: AZ-800, AZ-801, MD-102, SC-100, SC-200, 70-243, 70-246.
• Experience in implementing Microsoft products.
• Readiness to conduct webinars and training.
• Presales and business skills.
• English language skills at least at B2 level.
• Higher education in a technical field.
