• Working as Senior Administrator - SAP ASE DB maintenance, monitoring, migration, problem solving.

• Administering SAP ASE databases, setting up backups, monitoring performance / problems.
• In the future work on migration from Solaris / Spark environment to a x86 architecture systems.

• Proven experience in administering large SAP ASE databases
• In-depth knowledge of Replication Server, Component Integration Services, and Backup Server
• Experience in database tuning and monitoring (Prometheus, CheckMK)
• Proficient in working with Unix systems (Linux, Solaris)
• Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL or MariaDB
• Ability to solve non-trivial tasks using scripts in Bash, Python, or Perl.
• Basic knowledge of configuration management and automation
• English Level B2
• Other Languages: German – nice to have
