  • Inventory Control & Strategy: Manage complex inventory challenges, addressing stock imbalances, demand surges, and turnover. Ensure optimal stock levels are maintained to reduce excess and waste.

  • Comprehensive Reporting: Deliver in-depth reports and insights to top management during weekly, monthly & quarterly reviews, highlighting supply chain performance, challenges, blockers and areas for growth.

4. Process Optimization, Finance & Risk

  • Customer Service Excellence: Champion the delivery of top-tier customer service throughout the supply chain. Ensure that all processes, from procurement to final delivery, are customer-centric and aim to exceed client expectations.

  • Cost Management: Oversee budgeting and cost management efforts, aiming to minimize expenses without compromising quality or efficiency.

  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential supply chain disruptions, developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.

  • Regulatory & Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards, and provide regular reports on supply chain performance and metrics.

  • Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve supply chain processes, implementing best practices and innovative solutions to enhance performance and reliability.

  • Project Management (PMO): Design & execution of continuous improvement projects using PMO tools (e.g., Jira & Confluence) to fine-tune supply chain operations and implement industry best practices.

Required Qualifications/Skills:
