Senior Supply Chain Manager

Your responsibilities
Manage multiple teams to ensure a cohesive, end-to-end supply chain function
Review and update supply chain practices in line with company policies, standards, laws, and regulations
Analyze supply chain data and resolve issues or implement alternative plans
Identify and minimize risk by predicting product demand and adopting new technology without process interruption
Provide leadership to the team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability
Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, and all internal stakeholders
Drive material cost reduction plans and report regularly on key product costs to senior management
Responsible for company performance against inventory KPIs, including Gross valuation, ITO, and E&O
Manage alignment of S&OP, MPS to revenue plans, and ensure timely information deployment to the team and business
Support the production site in Poland, ensuring alignment and efficient operations between the UK and Poland facilities
Provide product cost estimates for scenario planning
Assess the reasonableness of labour routing change proposals for consideration
Identify new vendors for key component groups, ensuring vendors can scale with business demands
Work with the vendor base to introduce flexible schedules, allowing demand flexibility in line with rapidly evolving customer requirements
Perform any other duties as required by the manager and commensurate with the role
Employer requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior supply chain role
Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of supply chain processes especially Planning
Experience in effective management and delivering improvements & efficiencies in supply chain data, information, and processes
Ability to conceptualize large-scale projects and anticipate challenges and needs
Professional supply chain qualifications (e.g., APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), or equivalent) are an advantage
Experience with SAP is an advantage
Expertise in MS Office tools
Strong people management capabilities
Ability to work in a dynamic environment under time pressure; multitasking is essential
Proven track record of strong negotiation and communication skills
Excellent English language skills
