Senior Supply Chain Manager

• Manage multiple teams to ensure a cohesive, end-to-end supply chain function
• Review and update supply chain practices in line with company policies, standards, laws, and regulations
• Analyze supply chain data and resolve issues or implement alternative plans
• Identify and minimize risk by predicting product demand and adopting new technology without process interruption
• Provide leadership to the team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, and all internal stakeholders
• Drive material cost reduction plans and report regularly on key product costs to senior management
• Responsible for company performance against inventory KPIs, including Gross valuation, ITO, and E&O
• Manage alignment of S&OP, MPS to revenue plans, and ensure timely information deployment to the team and business
• Support the production site in Poland, ensuring alignment and efficient operations between the UK and Poland facilities
• Provide product cost estimates for scenario planning
• Assess the reasonableness of labour routing change proposals for consideration
• Identify new vendors for key component groups, ensuring vendors can scale with business demands
• Work with the vendor base to introduce flexible schedules, allowing demand flexibility in line with rapidly evolving customer requirements
• Perform any other duties as required by the manager and commensurate with the role
